Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access. Design files are stored in Firebase Storage and are accessible only to you and authorised Refabricate team members.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and job history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Design files associated with completed orders may be retained for up to 12 months for warranty and dispute resolution purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can update your profile information directly in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the Delete Account option in the app or contact us at office@rekallindustries.com.
7. Cookies
Our platform uses essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Google Firebase for authentication, database, and file storage
- Google Fonts for typography
