1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Refabricate web platform at refabricate.web.app, operated by Rekall Industries Limited, registered in Pennsylvania, USA. By creating an account or submitting a job, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Refabricate provides on-demand manufacturing services including 3D printing, CNC machining, injection moulding, and custom parts fabrication. Our services are intended for business customers.
Submitting a job request does not constitute a binding order. A binding agreement is formed only when you accept a formal quote issued by our team.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate business information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.
4. Job Submissions
When you submit a job, you confirm that you have the right to manufacture the submitted design, that the design does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, that the part is legal to manufacture in the United States, and that the files submitted are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We reserve the right to decline any job request at our discretion, including requests that we determine to be unsafe, illegal, or outside our manufacturing capabilities.
5. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are in USD. Quotes are based on the files and specifications provided at the time of submission. Changes to specifications after a quote has been issued may result in a revised quote.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights in the designs and files you submit. By submitting files to Refabricate, you grant us a limited licence to use those files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not share, sell, or reproduce your designs for any other purpose.
7. Turnaround and Delivery
Quote turnaround is within one business day of job submission. Manufacturing and delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of quoting and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and material availability. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
8. Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of quoting. We reserve the right to require payment in advance for new customers or large orders. Title to goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
9. Warranty and Returns
We warrant that parts will be manufactured to the specifications agreed at the time of quoting. If parts are defective or do not conform to agreed specifications, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We are not liable for issues arising from errors in customer-supplied design files.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekall Industries Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Refabricate is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
